Vegetable oils consist of triacylglyceride triglycerides which are glycerol molecules with three long chain fatty acids attached at the hydroxyl groups via ester linkages.

Table 3 shows the characterization of vegetable based cutting fluids developed for the study. All the samples of prepared cutting fluids are presented in fig.
