Help with power door locks please help.
Viper 350 door locks not working.

I recently had a viper 350 installed in my 07 nissan titan.
I have one issue and of course the installer is out of pocket for a week or so but i wanted to ask you all what you think of this situation everything appear.

There for know its not the actuator motors.
My driver s side door lock stopped working.
If you can get it to stop working then connect your dmm digital multi meter negative terminal to the wires and the positive terminal to a known 12v constant source ie.
The local chrysler dealer said it was not a programmed thing that could be fixed by re programming.
Noticed a bolt missing about ten inches below lock assy and aslo can hear a rattle inside door panel.
This seems to be a huge issue with w202 s and something that many of you will also deal with.
I checked wiring between door and pillar to see if broken wire but all seems fine.
My husband has a remote start the dealership put in and if you re not close to the vehicle to hear the horn beep you re out of luck.
Alternatively you can test continuity to ground on the hood pin wire when the hood is closed.
The hood pin wire on a viper remote start system is the grey wire.
If you suspect you might have a faulty hood pin you can visually inspect it to see if it is depressed when the hood closes on top of it.
The installer said he spent about two hours troubleshooting it.
Unlocking the doors is another story.
Well last week driver side stopped working can lock doors but not unlock with switch i can however unlock with key fob or the keypad on outside of drivers door.
When attempting to lock or unlock you can see the lock tabs at the doors move slighty but not strong.
The other locks worked but the driver s side would not.
Since neither the driver or passenger door allows you to lock the car when exiting i figured it had to have been programmed that way and i was not in any hurry to have it changed.
Drivers door locks and unlocks manually and with door switches just not remote.
Then activate the remote and see if the dmm shows voltage.
