I recently had a viper 350 plus alarm installed in my explorer.
Viper 350 plus wont lock drivers door.
My viper alarm keyfob will not unlock any door.
This happened all at once.
This may not be a fix but.
The guy at the ford dealer told me that there was no door lock relay and i would have to wire the lock unlock wires directly to the door switch.
I can hear the door lock relay from the control unit when disabling the alarm via the fob but the locks dont actuate.
Just put the key into the ignition and turn it to on position.
Everything is wired up and working except for the door locks.

Unlock the door using the starter enter into the car and remember do not start the car using the remote.

If the lock isn t getting power hold the lock switch either up or down and then open and close the door repeatedly to see if the lock will work.
And i bet it won t than the issue is with the lock actuator that i most likely shared by the both the viper system and the oem system.
